The PRM exam spans 6 domains: Neurologic Disorders (50% of the exam); Musculoskeletal Disorders (21% of the exam); Cancer (5% of the exam); Pain, Functional Syndromes, and Activity Intolerance (7% of the exam); Growth and Development (8% of the exam); Genetic Disorders (9% of the exam). Every practice question on this site is tagged to one of these domains.

The domains are not weighted equally on the exam. By share of the marks: Neurologic Disorders 50%; Musculoskeletal Disorders 21%; Genetic Disorders 9%; Growth and Development 8%; Pain, Functional Syndromes, and Activity Intolerance 7%; Cancer 5%.
